There are No Modifications to this menu item other than bacon or no bacon and green onion or no green onion with 4 Fried Tenders Fries, shredded cheese, chopped grilled chicken, mambo sauce (Sweet, Sticky, Tangy, Non-spicy), ranch sauce, garnished with chopped green onions!!!!!
